Three Wedding Dresses A Charm for Kim Kardashian

Not to be outdone by anyone, Kim Kardashian upped the ante with not one, not two, but three wedding dresses for her big day! Though all three dresses were designed by Vera Wang, each one had a distinct cut and style. Word on the street is that Kim didn't decide which dress to wear during the ceremony until two days before the wedding. Talk about cutting it close! Luckily she had three stunning gowns to choose from. Here's what she ended up wearing:

For the ceremony, Kardashian wore this princess-style ball gown. The full tulle skirt was complimented by a basque-waist top with Chantilly lace detail on the gown's bodice and train. She topped off this look with a cathedral-length veil.

For the first dance, Kardashian changed into this sexy mermaid-cut gown with more Chantilly lace detail work and hand-cut organza petals on the bottom of the skirt.

After the first dance, Kim changed into a simpler gown for the rest of the reception. The crepe-back satin gown had a V-neck top and bias-cut skirt.

Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries Wed

Well ladies and gentlemen, it's official: Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries are married! The high-profile lovebirds tied the knot on Saturday night at a private estate in Montecito, California in front of 450 friends and family members. By all accounts, it was a show-stoppingly elegant affair-- although the party reportedly came to a halt early when neighbors called the police about the noise. Unfortunately we're going to have to wait until October to find out the rest of the details. The two-part wedding special, Kim's Fairytale Wedding: A Kardashian Event, will air on October 9th and 10th on the E! network. We'll keep you posted on any leaks in the meantime.

Kim Kardashian's Wedding Invite

The invites for Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphrey's wedding were recently unveiled and, no surprise, they are seriously over the top. Arriving in their own box and adorned with hundreds of black hematite crystals, these invites set the stage for the show wedding. The big event will take place on August 20th at a location yet to be determined. What do you think of the invites? Are they your style? If not, what would you have chosen?

Bachelorette Parties: A Night Of Fun Or Embarrassment?

Reality TV icon Khloé Kardashian announced today that she is hard at work planning an unforgettable bachelorette party for her big sister, Kim. While this is part of her Maid of Honor responsibilities, I was a little disappointed when I read that Khloé said she is planning a “very embarrassing” party with “everything penis-themed” because “Kim is very uncomfortable with that stuff.” Obviously, penis paraphernalia is pretty standard fare for a modern-day bachelorette party, but why are we so into making people uncomfortable? Of course some brides wait excitedly for their penis-filled bachelorette party. But if a bride’s idea of a great bachelorette party does not involve tacky penis straws and cock-shaped gummy candies, why do we insist on making her feel awkward? Personally, I would rather my bridesmaids save the money on penis junk and spend it on something that I would actually enjoy-- like a nice dinner out, or a spa weekend, or even a well-made cocktail. What do you think? Is Khloé Kardashian doing her sisterly duties or setting her sister up for a night of red-faced embarrassment?
