Just so ya know: Having a springtime wedding doesn't mean you are limited to and Easter-egg pastel color palettes. Au contraire! This season, feel free to go for bold hues to brighten up your tablescapes. Think fuschia, lime green, and electric blue. Or mix it up with a blend of softer pastels and a few bright colors that pop. The result will look delicious!

How in the world do you choose your wedding colors? Here are some helpful hints:

-Keep your location in mind. Choose colors that will compliment your surroundings. Getting married by the water? Choose colors that will will go with that vibrant ocean blue.

-What season will you be getting married? Darker colors like burgandy, chocolate brown and deep purple are generally for colder weather, while teals and pastels are great for summer and spring.

-What kind of mood are you going for? A whimsical and romantic feel will be evoked with pastels and soft shades of pinks. A dramatic effect can be felt with bright pops of color.
