Keep Your Wits with these Insomnia Tips

Do you all suffer from this too? When I was planning my wedding, it was this picture times ten. It's hard work planning a wedding and our brains get FRIED. Here are some insomnia tips: 

-Keep a journal by your bed and jot down any ideas you have that keep you up at night.

-Drink chamomile tea before bed. It's supposed to help calm you down. I also love Kava tea by YogiTea.

-Instead of watching tv, try reading before bed. It's less visual stimulation which means less craziness in your brain.

-At last resort, try melatonin. It's a natural supplement that will help you to fall asleep. Sold at health food stores.
