Glow in the Dark Cupcakes

File this under: Coolest idea ever. That's right, we're talking about glow in the dark cupcakes. Don't worry, friends, they're totally edible. The frosting is made out of tonic water and jello, which apparently glows in the dark (who knew?!). You could do a glow in the dark cupcake tower centerpiece at each table. It'll be a sight to see!
