Eat, Drink, and Donate to Obama's Campaign?

Obama wants your wedding gifts! No really, he does. His campaign ruffled a lot of feathers when they announced a new event registry on their blog. "Event registry" being a classier way to suggest that couples ask for donations to the Obama 2012 campaign in lieu of typical wedding gifts. I mean, Crate and Barrel's got some nice stuff but how many people can say they got a four years of Barack Obama on their big day? Not many, my friends, not many. Just when you thought your guy has a leg up on the competition, they show cracks in the armor. This isn't going to help Obama at all...
Maybe it's a Republican plot!... maybe not...
but this is pretty low... especially if he only has one term of 4 years left...
come to think of it... that 4 year term will outlast 50% of the marriages that contribute.
Not a great investment.
